How long does a typical WordPress project take? +
Timelines vary by scope. A landing page or simple site takes 1–2 weeks. A full multi-page site typically takes 3–5 weeks. A complex WooCommerce store can take 5–8 weeks. I'll give you a precise timeline in my proposal after understanding your requirements.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after launch? +
Yes. All projects include 30 days of post-launch support. For ongoing maintenance, I offer monthly retainer packages that cover updates, security monitoring, backups, and minor content changes. Pricing starts from $99/month depending on site complexity.
What information do you need to start a project? +
For the initial proposal, I need to understand your goals, target audience, desired functionality, approximate budget, and timeline. Having brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) helps but isn't required. I'll gather everything else during the discovery call.
How does payment work? +
Standard projects are split: 50% deposit to begin, 50% on completion. For larger projects, I offer milestone-based payment schedules. I accept bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and major credit cards through Stripe.
Do you work with international clients? +
Absolutely. The majority of my clients are international — across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. I communicate in English and Bangla, and I'm comfortable working across time zones. I use Slack, WhatsApp, or email depending on your preference.
